Serving Wellington County, Waterloo Region and surrounding areas for all your laser cleaning needs!
Your part of the project is to choose your colour. Searching magazines, consulting designers and soliciting your friends can help. Ultimately, it's you that sees it every day, so whatever brings you joy works. We take it from there.
On our first visit, we will remove all cabinet hardware and take the doors and drawer fronts to our shop. If the hardware will be changing we will fill existing holes or re-drill to accommodate the new hardware.
The cleaning process is the most important step. In order for the primer to adhere properly to the wood, it must be clean and free of any grease, dirt or dust. We use a degreaser and either laser cleaning or sanding to prepare the surface.
We will apply 1 or 2 coats of 2k primer to the doors and the cabinet boxes. The 2k primer has a hardener added to the primer to provide a long lasting and durable finish.
Once the primer is completely dry, we apply 2 or 3 coats of 2k paint to the doors and cabinet boxes. Again a hardener is added to the paint. for long lasting durability.
The last step is installing the hardware, doors and drawer fronts. Then all we need is your final approval.
